1. We first perform a health assessment when you enroll in the plan. This includes information about your age, height, weight, blood group, BMI, past and present medical conditions, meal timings, degree of physical activity, dietary preferences, travel and work schedule, and food intolerances, etc.


2. Customized and personalized Diet Plan: We design a diet plan based on your clinical assessment.


3. Take your body composition analysis like(BMI, body fat, muscle rate, visceral fat, body water, bone mass, protein, BMR, body age etc) and Body measurements like (arms, breast, waist, abdomen, hips and thighs) in centimeters.


4. Our main goal is to support and guide you through every stage of your weight loss journey. Two to three times a week, your nutritionist will consult with you to discuss and educate you about the food which fits your body type and to create the next diet plan.


5. No Calorie Concept: This diet plan does not focus on calories. It focuses on determining which foods are appropriate for a person's physique and on boosting metabolism by addressing underlying issues such as weight stagnation or slowing down and associated variables.
